Hybrid Staff Accountant

Seeking a Hybrid Staff Accountant for our Outsource Accounting Services/Business Management Services team, in-office expectations 2 or more days a week in either of our north LA offices.

Be a trusted member and leader within the Outsourced Accounting Services team offering consulting services to industry specific clients Bookkeeping and Back Office Support Conduct and review tests to assess deficiencies of internal controls and make recommendations for improvement Play an active role in discussions with Managers and Partners relative to business recommendations Develop through on the job coaching and mentoring along with participating in firm-wide learning and development programs Network and build strong relationships internally and with your clients Develop and foster client contacts and relationships beneficial to the firm Proactively seek relevant education and training opportunities to grow professionally Assist in firm administrative functions as assigned by the principals and managers Give constructive and consistent feedback to colleagues.
