Accounting Coordinator
An established healthcare provider in Encinitas is looking for an organized and motivated Accounting Coordinator to support its accounting and finance operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and wants to contribute to a mission-driven organization serving the local community. As an Accounting Coordinator, you will work closely with the accounting team to ensure financial transactions are processed accurately while helping maintain the integrity of financial records.
Responsibilities- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Assist with invoice coding and payment processing
- Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Support month-end closing activities
- Prepare reports and accounting schedules
- Assist with vendor communications and account maintenance
- Maintain financial records and supporting documentation
- Process deposits and track incoming payments
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Perform various accounting and administrative projects
