We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Part‑Time Accounting Assistant to join our team, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have accounting experience, learn quickly, and be committed to maintaining a long‑term position with our company.

• Maintain accurate financial and business records
• Perform filing and document management
• Assist with general accounting and administrative tasks
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Access
• Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members

• Previous accounting experience required
• Knowledge of SAGE Accounting Software preferred
• Strong organizational and record‑keeping skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently

• Job Type: Part‑Time
• Pay: $21.00–$29.00 per hour (DOE)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4‑hour shift
• Location: In‑person
