Position: Office Manager (Winery)
Location: Calistoga

Office Manager (Winery) – TEMP TO HIRE

You are a proactive and highly organized Office Manager with previous winery office management experience who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly. You have strong Quick Books and bookkeeping knowledge, excel at multitasking, and naturally take initiative to identify and solve problems before they arise. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established winery in Calistoga.

Location:

Calistoga, CA (Full time on site)

This Position Pays: $36-$40/hr

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the winery office.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable using Quick Books.
  • Support bookkeeping functions and coordinate with the company’s CPA on accounting matters.
  • Maintain office organization, supplies, vendor relationships, and business records.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and assist with special projects.
  • Identify operational needs, improve processes, and ensure the office runs efficiently.
  • Deliver professional customer service while supporting internal staff and visitors.
What You Bring:
  • Previous Office Manager experience in a winery environment. (Required)
  • Strong proficiency with Quick Books.
  • Experience with bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
