Sr. Union Payroll

We're Hiring:
Sr. Union Payroll Administrator / Certified Payroll Specialist

Location: Jurupa Valley/Riverside, CA
Pay: $32-$34/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire

✅ Process high-volume, full-cycle payroll with accuracy and confidence
✅ Manage union payroll and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements
✅ Prepare and submit certified payroll reports
✅ Handle payroll across multiple states and entities
✅ Complete union reporting and reconciliations
✅ Research and resolve payroll discrepancies
✅ Create payroll reports and analyze data using Excel

✔️ Union payroll experience (required)
✔️ Certified payroll experience (required)
✔️

Experience with union reporting
✔️ Multi-state and multi-entity payroll processing
✔️ High-volume payroll background
✔️ Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
✔️ Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
