Ready to put your accounting and administrative skills to work? The Colusa County Behavioral Health Department is seeking an Account Clerk I/II/III to provide essential administrative and financial support while helping ensure the efficient operation of the department.
As an Account Clerk I/II/III, you’ll perform a variety of clerical accounting, bookkeeping, and general office duties, including maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and related functions, supporting purchasing activities, and providing courteous customer service to staff, clients, and the public.
Depending on assignment and experience, responsibilities may range from routine accounting and data entry to more complex accounting activities, financial record review, reconciliation, reimbursement claims, and technical support. Your organization, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy will help support the department’s programs and services.

What's this Job All About?As an Account Clerk I/II/III, you’ll support the Behavioral Health Department by performing a variety of clerical accounting and bookkeeping duties, including maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other related functions. This position is responsible for purchasing program and department supplies and, when assigned, coordinating the transport, delivery, and distribution of supplies to various department and program locations.
