Position: Legal Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant
Location: Sherman Oaks

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for Legal Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant for a leading Corporate & Entertainment Law practice. This is a full-time, onsite position in Sherman Oaks, California.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This role provides high-level administrative and operational support to attorneys within a fast-paced, client-facing corporate and entertainment law environment. The Legal Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant will manage complex calendars, coordinate communications, and streamline attorney workflow while serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This position demands discretion, organizational excellence, and responsiveness under deadline pressure.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage high-volume attorney calendars, schedule meetings, court appearances, and travel
  • Serve as primary contact between attorneys, clients, agents, studios, and internal staff
  • Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence, legal documents, and expense reports
  • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and logistics for in-person and virtual events
  • Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven experience managing complex schedules for multiple professionals
  • Professional phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
  • Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications
  • Discretionary annual bonus based on individual and firm performance
