As a vital member of the Recombia Biosciences team, the Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting our executive leadership and driving operational excellence. Leveraging exceptional administrative skills, you will coordinate executive schedules, manage seamless travel arrangements, and organize engaging business events to foster a collaborative work environment. Beyond executive support, you will also contribute to our procurement operations, efficiently ordering lab and office supplies across our San Francisco and Boston sites.
Your attention to detail and strong communication will be invaluable as you liaise with our teams in Milwaukee and Northern France. As a key contributor to Recombia's success, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams and gain exposure to bioscience innovation. Your adaptability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities will be highly valued as you support our growing organization.
