Westmont Village Homes is currently looking for a dynamic Assistant Property Manager.

An Assistant Property Manager provides operational support to a Property Manager, assisting with day-to-day tasks, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and financial management. They play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficient management of rental properties.

• Able to communicate written and orally in English.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with Property management.
• Must have strong organizational skills including ability to follow-up, detail-oriented, ability to multitask.
• Schedule :
  Sunday - Thurday 9am - 5:30pm
