Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $19.50 – $20.50 per hour

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a growing team. This position will report directly to the Account Manager and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and has strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to billing, invoicing, and account information
  • Perform high-volume and accurate data entry tasks
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent receptionist etiquette
  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, billing, data entry, and document management
  • Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies and errors
  • Communicate effectively with customers, management, team members, and drivers
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Learn and navigate company software and computerized systems quickly
  • Support the Account Manager with daily operational and customer service tasks

Qualifications:

  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs including Word and Outlook
  • Professional phone presence with excellent receptionist and customer service skills
  • Strong clerical and administrative support experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure
  • Ability to observe confidentiality protocols
  • Nav Soft experience is a plus, but not required; experience with similar software systems is highly preferred
  • Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable experience is a plus, but not required
  • Positive attitude with a proactive approach to daily tasks
