Responsibilities of a Receptionist/Concierge:

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional attitude
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously
• Manage front desk operations, including mail sorting and visitor logs
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and data entry

Qualifications for a Receptionist/Concierge:

• Genuine interest in working with the senior population
• Previous front desk, receptionist, or concierge experience preferred
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Dependable and serious about long-term employment
