Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their client's team in California. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic office environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
Responsibilities- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff members.
- Ensure all visitors and callers have a positive experience with the company.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Monday - Friday
