Position: Clerical Substitutes (Posting Number )
Location: District Wide
Start Date: As needed
Qualifications:- Strong interpersonal skills to relate well with students, parents, and staff while maintaining professionalism and appropriate judgment.
- Capability to escort students in the building as needed and supervise students when in the main office.
- Demonstrate ethical judgment and discretion with all confidential materials and information.
- Proficiency in answering multi-line telephone systems and routing calls as needed.
- Skill in accurately logging and tracking student attendance (experience with Infinite Campus preferred).
- Competence in greeting visitors and managing the check-in process (experience with Aiphone and Visitor Aware preferred).
Salary: $16.00/hr (WCSD Retiree rate: $23.00/hr)
