Executive Admin Assistant
Pride Staff is hiring for an Executive Admin Assistant in Escalon, CA. In this role, you'll provide administrative support across the organization, helping leadership and employees stay organized while ensuring daily office operations run efficiently. As our Administrative Assistant, you'll be responsible for a variety of administrative and office support functions, including:
- Provide administrative support to leadership, including preparing documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference rooms.
- Arrange travel accommodations and process expense reports as needed.
- Organize meetings by preparing agendas, distributing materials, taking meeting notes, and following up on action items.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.
- Maintain company records, files, and confidential documents with accuracy and discretion.
- Assist with proofreading documents, reports, and company communications.
- Coordinate company events, employee luncheons, meetings, and celebrations.
- Handle incoming phone calls, voicemail messages, and provide backup receptionist support as needed.
- Assist with employee call-in procedures and phone system updates, including recordings and holiday greetings.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including postage and trips to the post office when necessary.
- Order and maintain office supplies while ensuring the office remains organized and well-stocked.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Recommend process improvements to increase office efficiency and organization.
The ideal candidate is:

- Able to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.
- A strong written and verbal communicator.
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 2–5 years of administrative, office support, or executive support experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing or office environment is a plus.
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, or projects is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Pay varies depending on experience: $22.00 - $29.00 Per Hour
