Job ResponsibilitiesUnder the hierarchical authority of the head of the solidarity house, he (she) is a local contact (person) for all public policies of the community, in permanent articulation with the professionals of the team members, users, various services of the institution and partners. He (she) welcomes the public within the solidarity house, identifies the request and ensures its processing within the limits of his (her) function.
He (she) collaborates in the management and administrative follow-up of the files taken in charge by the solidarity house and organizes the secretariat. His (her) function placing him (her) at the heart of the information, the respect of professional secrecy, and more generally of the ethics proper to the sector, is a daily concern.
Welcome:
Listens, identifies the request, informs and/or directs to the professionals of the team and/or the competent organizations
Transmits to the public the information as well as the documentation useful to its steps,
Makes the link with the social workers and the public met, evaluates the urgency and alerts the social workers in case of necessity
Welcomes the external partners
Management and administrative follow-up of files:
Manages and follows administratively the files: in matters of social reports (computer processing on standard forms or on software), information on files on an administrative plan (sending, deadline, return).
Ensures the classification, archiving and/or transmission of social and medico-social files
Organization and secretariat:
Manages the mail of the solidarity house (registration, diffusion, sending)
Contributes to the organization of the activities of the solidarity house (creation and management of tools) and ensures an IT support.
Writes standard documents and formats professional writings in respect of the expectations of the missions
Cabine de téléconsultation:
Management of the teleconsultation cabin (management of appointments, reception of patients, relationship with doctors, disinfection between each patient....)
Full-time position (36 hours) Statutory remuneration - RIFSEEP - 13th month - CNAS - participation in the provision and the mutual
Required skills:
Knowledge of the institutional and social environment, qualities of written and oral expression, mastery of computer and office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,...), respect for confidentiality, ability to analyze a request and to orient correspondents, organization and management of priorities, adaptation to interlocutors and to possible unforeseen events, availability, reactivity, rigor and autonomy, capacity of listening, self-mastery.
Relational skills:
Master the techniques of telephone and physical reception, show distance in the face of sensitive situations, know how to create a climate and a relationship of trust, preserve the confidentiality of exchanges and files, respect the notion of professional secrecy, know how to manage difficult interlocutors with courtesy and firmness, know how to listen, be able to reformulate, know how to make respect rules / deadlines, be inscribed in a hierarchical and functional framework, be able to collaborate with services and external interlocutors, be able to work in a team, know how to make respect rules / deadlines
