The Associate Administrative Assistant is responsible for the below specific duties.
Your specific duties will include:
- Provides routine administrative support for a department or administrative unit.
- Researches and obtains information for routine reports and special assignments.
- Compiles and analyzes data and prepares reports for action by superior.
Required qualifications for the position include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Typically requires word-processing and other personal computer experience.
- 1-2 years clerical or secretarial experience, or equivalent combination of business school/secretarial training and job-related experience.
Pay Rate: $22.39 per hour
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
