Job Title
Under the direction of the Site Principal, perform a variety of responsible clerical, library, technical, and customer-service functions to support high school office and library operations. Serve as a primary point of contact for students, staff, families, and the public. Maintain accurate records, support student services, assist with library circulation and technology support, and help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming school environment.
During non-student days in June and July, the position shall primarily support school office operations including organization, filing, records preparation, student registration support, parent assistance, and preparation for the close and opening of the school year. Specific daily assignments, schedules, and responsibilities may vary and shall be determined by the Site Administrator and Site Librarian based on operational and student needs.
/ Qualifications
Experience in a school office or public-facing clerical environment is preferred. Experience working with student information systems is highly desirable.
• High school diploma or equivalent;
• AA or BA Degree preferred
• Bilingual Spanish preferred LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• CPR/First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• Criminal Background Clearance
• Tuberculosis Clearance
