This is a full-time on-site Estimator role at our I-10 Collision Center location in Thousand Palms. The Estimator will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates, communicating with insurance companies, and ensuring accurate billing. Other tasks include coordinating with technicians and customers to facilitate timely and quality repairs.

• Auto Body Repair, Estimating, and Insurance Claims Processing skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of automotive parts, materials, and repair techniques
• Experience working in collision repair or auto body shops preferred
• Certifications in estimating software or related fields a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in automotive repair advantageous
