Automotive Service Advisor

We are looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer relationship skills, solid service writing capabilities, and previous management experience. Each day is different in our busy automotive service center! You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including supervising service advisors, attending to customer inquiries, and managing required documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of automotive service professionals to ensure a high level of employee morale and customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability
• Ensure that repair and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Advise employees on best practices to improve sales and customer service techniques
• Supervise daily operations of the service department
• Manage the flow of service department documentation, including manuals, invoices, repair orders, and maintenance records

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred, bachelor’s degree required
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record required
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening required
• At least two years of experience as an automotive service writer or service advisor. Experience as an automotive service manager preferred
• In-depth knowledge of automotive technology, automotive service technician job functions, and automotive repair services

Compensation: $1,250.00 per week
