• Basic Salary of £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
• OTE of £50,000
• Monday to Friday working pattern
• Flexible start times between 7:00am and 6:00pm

As a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate repair estimates while ensuring customers receive an efficient and professional service throughout the repair process.

• Inspecting damaged vehicles and producing accurate repair estimates
• Preparing repair methods using recognised estimating systems
• Liaising with technicians, insurers, engineers, and customers throughout the repair process
• Identifying additional damage and updating estimates where required
• Monitoring repairs to ensure work is completed to agreed standards
• Ensuring all estimates comply with manufacturer and insurance guidelines
• Maintaining accurate records and supporting efficient workshop planning
• Delivering excellent customer service from estimate through to vehicle handover

We’re looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator who takes pride in producing accurate assessments and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator / Bodyshop Estimator
• Strong knowledge of modern vehicle repair methods and Bodyshop processes
• Experience using industry estimating systems such as Audatex or similar
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A strong eye for detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure
• A customer-focused approach with a professional attitude
• A full UK driving licence
