Levels and Compensation

  • General Service Tech – $18.17–$27.21 per hour (120% Geo);
    Bonus $1,500.
  • Automotive Technician Level 1 – $24.09–$36.11 per hour (120% Geo);
    Bonus $3,000.
  • Automotive Technician Level 2 – $26.44–$39.71 per hour (120% Geo);
    Bonus $7,000.

Work Schedule

Sunday - Thursday, Day Shift.

Role Specific Requirements General Service Tech – $1,500 Bonus

Summary:

Entry-level role; you'll learn the ins and outs of the automotive technician field with guidance to develop new skills.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Less than 2 years of experience.
  • The ability to drive standard, automatic, and electric vehicles.
  • Valid driver’s license; safe driver required.
Preferred
  • A high school diploma or GED.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform light duty maintenance as an entry-level auto tech.
  • Gain familiarity with auto maintenance concepts and practices.
  • Perform maintenance duties, including oil and filter change, fuel filter change, transmission flush, and vehicle inspection.
  • Perform battery testing, maintenance, and replacement.
  • Perform various repairs including tires, safety inspections, and interior/exterior components.
  • Comply with regulations regarding recyclables, fluids, tires, and disposable trash.
Automotive Technician Level 1 – $3,000 Bonus

Summary:

Perform light duty work as an intermediate-level auto tech; improve your skills in a supportive environment.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 1 or more years of related work experience.
  • The ability to drive standard, automatic, and electric vehicles.
  • Valid driver’s license; safe driver required.
Preferred
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Current ASE

    Certifications:

    G1, A4, A5 status when required by leadership.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance duties: oil and filter change, fuel filter change, transmission flush, spark plugs, and vehicle inspection.
  • Perform battery testing, maintenance, replacement, and repair of starting and charging electrical systems.
  • Perform various repairs including tires, safety inspections, rear main seal, timing covers, radiators, suspension components, and interior/exterior components.
  • Diagnose and repair brake systems, steering, and suspension systems.
  • Perform an evacuation and recharge on the AC system.
  • Perform maintenance on equipment.
  • Utilize approved vendors to obtain parts.
  • May fit new vehicles with necessary equipment.
  • Comply with applicable procedures and regulations regarding recyclables, fluids, tires, and disposable trash.
Automotive Technician Level 2 – $7,000 Bonus

Summary:

Serves as a mid-level auto tech performing medium-duty work.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of vehicle service and repair experience.
  • Valid driver’s license; safe driver required.
  • The ability to drive standard, automatic, and electric vehicles.
Preferred
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Current ASE Certification: G1, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8 when required by leadership.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide highly skilled maintenance and repairs for all vehicles.
  • Perform diagnostics, including brake components, tires, suspension components, drivability, and complete repairs.
  • Perform advanced diagnostics, including charging, starting, AC, OBDII, drivability, electrical systems, and complete repairs.
  • Complete mechanical inspection with required measurements, including interior/exterior components, engine and drive line components, under hood inspection, and document deficiencies.
  • Comply with applicable procedures and regulations regarding recyclables, fluids, tires, and disposable trash.
  • May be required to perform OEM recalls.
Compensation

Hourly pay rate ranges from $18.17 to $27.21 per hour, varying within the anticipated range based on location and candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Additional compensation may include commission and/or an incentive program.

Benefits

Employees are eligible for a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off each month and seven paid holidays each year. Additional paid time off is available for bereavement leave, voting leave, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
