Mechanic Level C

MV Transportation, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Mechanic Level C to join our dedicated team of technicians. In this role, you are vital to ensuring the safety and operational reliability of our diverse fleet of transportation vehicles, including paratransit, fixed-route buses, shuttles, and school buses. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, applying your technical skills to maintain and enhance vehicle performance, thus ensuring safe and comfortable travel for our customers across the U.S. and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to engine diagnostics, brake systems, steering and suspension, heating and air conditioning systems, and electrical systems.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Respond to roadside breakdowns and collaborate with other team members to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.
• Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and techniques in vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the garage.

Required Skills
