Service Technician Pay: $16.90 - $50.00 Hourly/Flat Rate, depending on level

Hours:

Monday
- Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm, and Saturday: 7:00am - 5:00pm.

What You'll Do Diagnose and repair vehicles according to manufacturer standards

Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, drivability, and diagnostic repairs

Complete maintenance services

Communicate repair recommendations and vehicle status with service advisors

Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards

What You'll Bring1+ year of previous automotive service technician experience

We prefer ASE certifications and manufacturer training, but do not require them.

Diagnostic and repair skills

Succeed in a busy automotive shop while working collaboratively with technicians and service staff.

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards The Flat Rate Range for this position is $16.90 - $50.00.This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
