• Assist account manager/sales team to meet performance targets and provide efficient, comprehensive service
• Support account manager/sales team in handling inquiries, orders, issues, shipment, tracking, reports, and general follow up
• Work cross-functionally with manufacturing and management teams to resolve issues timely
• Proactively interface with customers and serve as a main point of contact as requested
• Coordinate sales-related activities and maintain/monitor accurate data efficiently
• Prepare sales operation reports and presentation materials as requested
• Support sales administrative-related functions
• Apply creative thinking and experiences to improve processes as needed

• Ability to effectively work under pressure and meet challenging targets
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to coordinate/follow up requests
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills to understand the needs of customers and internal stakeholders
• Team player with the ability to self-manage and flexibility for various tasks
• Preferred operation experience in distribution business

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP
• Experience in B2B & distribution business model, tech industries preferred
• Previous experience supporting sales management; bachelor’s degree preferred
