Annual Base: $110,000 - $125,000 + Annual Bonus

• Supplier Relationship Management:
  Identify and cultivate high-quality suppliers, establishing a robust evaluation framework for tiered management and performance assessment to ensure a stable, competitive supply chain.
• End-to-End Procurement Execution:
  Oversee the full procurement lifecycle, including price negotiations, contract finalization, and order fulfillment. Resolve order discrepancies and post-sales issues to guarantee timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Cost Optimization Strategy:
  Monitor market price dynamics to develop procurement strategies. Achieve annual cost reduction targets through centralized purchasing and framework agreements.
• Process Streamlining & Digitization:
  Refine procurement workflows, implement standardized procedures, and drive digital transformation of procurement systems to enhance efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Partner with operational teams to deliver tailored procurement solutions, facilitate interdepartmental coordination, and support overarching business objectives.

• 4-7+ years of experience in international logistics – prefer 3PL and eCommerce background.
• Experience in capacity procurement team management, 2C last-mile service provider resources, and trucking resources are preferred, with e-commerce logistics and warehousing experience being even more advantageous.
• Extensive experience in supplier procurement, management, and assessment, excellent business negotiation skills and coordination abilities, and a clear understanding of market capacity conditions and pricing structures.
• Must be able to speak English and Chinese.
• Successful project management experience, the ability to undertake project-based work independently, and good organizational coordination skills and team spirit.
• High integrity and pragmatic, able to endure hardship, strong stress resistance, and possess strong rapid learning abilities and the capability to independently solve emergency issues.
• Proficient in using office software and basic data analysis software.
