Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) 5+ years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree Experience in strategic planning and execution Ability to lead through influence and drive action among stakeholders Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and organizational needs
