• Supplier Relationship Management:
  Identify and cultivate high‑quality suppliers, establishing a robust evaluation framework for tiered management and performance assessment to ensure a stable, competitive supply chain.
• End‑to‑End Procurement Execution:
  Oversee the full procurement lifecycle, including price negotiations, contract finalization and order fulfillment. Resolve order discrepancies and post‑sales issues to guarantee timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Cost Optimization Strategy:
  Monitor market price dynamics to develop procurement strategies. Achieve annual cost reduction targets through centralized purchasing and framework agreements.
• Process Streamlining & Digitization:
  Refine procurement workflows, implement standardized procedures and drive digital transformation of procurement systems to enhance efficiency and regulatory compliance.
