US Department of Defense - - Responsibilities:
Monitor and troubleshoot Marine Corps Electronic Security Systems, Intrusion Detection System, alarm, mass notification and CCTV systems at the Provost Marshal Office/Marine Corps Police Department;
Receive and process incoming fire alarms, 911 calls, and emergency and non-emergency requests for police, fire, medical emergencies, airfield emergencies, and environmental/hazardous materials incidents;
Dispatch personnel and apparatus to scenes, record data/logs, and provide pre-arrival instructions to callers;
Monitor status and availability of police, fire, and medical field units to ensure appropriate response;
Operate Mass Notification system to disseminate emergency messages throughout the installation
