Internal Communications Officer

As an Internal Communications Specialist, you will report to UTAC's Communications Manager and work closely with him to implement the internal communications plan and create relevant internal communications materials.
You will have the opportunity to apply and develop your skills in these four areas:
- Editorial: conducting interviews, writing, reviewing, and publishing content for the UTAC intranet. You will be responsible for the weekly intranet newsletter.
- Audiovisual: managing the UTAC media library and video editing
- Events: helping to organize all internal communications meetings
- Graphic Design: creating relevant visuals for internal projects
In a constantly evolving environment, you will contribute your expertise to all future internal communications projects.
Degree in communications (Bac+5) or a related field.
At least two years of experience in communications, including internships or apprenticeships.
Excellent writing skills and the ability to create clear and compelling content.
Experience managing the back office of websites and SharePoint.
Knowledge of graphic design and video editing.
Fluency in English (native level required) and French.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
