Items Analyst Supervisor - Level 3

Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment team to assist in the management of the Edwards Air Force Base Operational Test & Evaluation Warehouse. Develop processes to carry out the warehouse roles and responsibilities. Assist the onsite property manager as required. Provide supervision and leadership to direct reports.

• Streamlining the OT&E warehouse, identifying spares locations, loading assets into the Industrial Financial System (IFS) Database, managing spares issues, receipt, and shipment.
• Responsible for subordinate recruitment, hiring, training, performance assessments, and work assignments.
• Receives direction from the onsite Logistics Manager. Manages the Continuity of Operations plan if IFS or the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) is unavailable.
• Must be a US Citizen. Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess at minimum an Interim Secret Security Clearance and be able to obtain a Final Secret Security Clearance. This position requires special access.

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. In most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York it is $84,900 - $147,085.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Secret. Must be a US Citizen. Must possess at minimum an Interim Secret Security Clearance and be able to obtain a Final Secret Security Clearance.

• At least 5 years supply warehouse operations experience supporting aircraft operations.
• At least 5 years leadership/managerial experience in training and supervising a diverse workforce.
• Experience coordinating with Item Managers, Supply Service Providers, or Maintenance Logistics Support leadership on logistics issues.

• Experience with Fifth Generation Aircraft Supply Chain Management.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
• Capable of rapidly assimilating and utilizing multiple versions of asset controlling software and programs.
• Ability to work in a diverse/integrated work environment.
• Ability to perform periodic inspections and warehouse inventories.
• Experience with warehouse layout and design.
• Experience with Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS).
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
