Rate: $55-$60
This role will help in defining a structured fraud logging capability in Service Now, focusing on analysis, requirements gathering, benchmarking, screen mockups, workflow documentation, and planning for migration of historical fraud data from SharePoint.
Key deliverables include requirements/user stories, benchmarking summary, annotated mockups, workflow/process maps, data model, migration plan, user aids, and UAT test cases.
Required Experience includes:
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst on system implementation, workflow, or process-design projects
- Data analysis proficiency (Excel required) for profiling and validating datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to produce screen mockups / wireframes and translate them into build-ready specifications (e.g., Figma, Lucid, Balsamiq, Visio, or similar).
- Process mapping and workflow documentation experience.
- Strong requirements elicitation and facilitation skills, with a track record of working closely with business SMEs.
