Operations Enablement Specialist

FM is seeking an Operations Enablement Specialist to improve how our internal teams work every day. In this role, you will analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design scalable processes, playbooks, and tools that boost efficiency and consistency. You'll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, build clear documentation and SOPs, and create reports and dashboards that surface actionable insights. You'll also support the rollout of new systems, deliver training, and monitor adoption to ensure continuous operational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current operational workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement scalable processes, templates, and playbooks for internal teams.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and operational performance.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and align on priorities.
• Support rollout of new tools and systems, including testing, documentation, and training.
• Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge base content, and process documentation.
• Monitor adoption of processes/tools and recommend enhancements based on feedback and data.
• Coordinate and track small to mid-sized operational projects and initiatives.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across key operational systems.
• Provide ongoing enablement support and troubleshooting for internal users.
