Pre-Construction Project Coordinator

Endeavour Build is growing, and we’re looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Pre-Construction Project Coordinator to own the journey from client sign-up through to construction handover readiness.

As our Pre-Construction Project Coordinator, you’ll be the engine that keeps projects moving forward before the build begins. You’ll ensure all approvals, designs, documentation, and consultant inputs are completed accurately, on time, and in line with council and compliance requirements.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Estimating, Designers, Consultants, and Construction to ensure every project enters delivery ready to build, risk-reduced, and fully aligned.

• Coordinate all pre-construction activities from client sign-up to handover
• Prepare and manage construction documentation and client signatures
• Track and manage design documentation, approvals, and consultant inputs
• Liaise with councils, certifiers, engineers, and external consultants
• Prepare complete pre-construction handover packs for Project Managers and site teams
• Act as the central communication point between Sales, Design, Estimating, and Construction
• Identify and resolve documentation, approval, or buildability risks early
• Maintain trackers, timelines, and internal milestones
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, workflows, and checklists

• Construction documentation delivered 100% complete before handover
• DA / CDC approvals achieved within target time frames
• Handovers completed with no missing or conflicting information
• High client satisfaction through clear communication and outcomes
• Projects entering construction smoothly, on time, and without rework

• Is highly organised and detail-oriented
• Understands pre-construction workflows, approvals, and documentation
• Communicates clearly and confidently with internal teams and external authorities
  
  Takes ownership and accountability for outcomes
• Enjoys working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
• Thinks ahead, spots risks early, and solves problems before they escalat
• Experience in construction, pre-construction coordination, design coordination, estimating support, or project administration will be highly regarded.
