Roebbelen is a self-performing general contractor known for quality work and long-term partnerships. We’re looking for an Estimator to join us in our El Dorado Hills office who wants to take ownership from early planning through construction.

• Build accurate estimates from design through procurement and construction
• Review drawings, specs, and bid documents to define scope, identify risks, and spot opportunities
• Solicit and level subcontractor pricing while building trade partner relationships
• Perform quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and pricing across multiple trades
• Support pursuits, budgets, value engineering, and preconstruction planning
• Collaborate with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Track estimate performance and use data to improve accuracy

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years in estimating, project management, or preconstruction
• Solid understanding of construction methods, drawings, specs, and contracts
• Experience working in both defined and evolving project scopes
• Familiarity with estimating tools, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to identify scope gaps, overlaps, and risk across trades
• Concrete and rough carpentry experience is a plus
• Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to improve processes
• Clear communicator who builds trust with teams and trade partners
