• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform various construction tasks including framing, roofing, masonry, concrete finishing, drywall installation, plastering, stucco application, and tile laying.
• Assist with plumbing and electrical installations by following schematics and technical instructions.
• Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety codes, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Install doors, cabinets, glass panels, trim carpentry elements, flooring, and other fixtures with precision.
• Execute restoration work such as caulking, painting, masonry repairs, and hardscape enhancements.
• Support demolition or remodeling efforts by removing old materials and preparing surfaces for new installations.
• Operate heavy equipment responsibly during site preparation or material transportation.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite while adhering to all safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries.

• Proven experience in construction site environments with hands-on work across multiple trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or concrete finishing.
• Familiarity with construction management processes including estimating, scheduling, and quality control.
• Skilled in reading blueprints and schematics for accurate project execution.
• Knowledge of construction inspection procedures to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Experience operating power tools and heavy machinery safely on active sites.
• Ability to work effectively with a team while independently managing tasks with attention to detail.

Pay: $94.79 – $159.85 per hour
