- Support the Superintendent in daily field operations for amenities and finishes on multifamily mixed‑use project
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trades to maintain schedule, quality, and productivity
- Oversee installation and completion of interior finishes, amenities spaces, and related scopes
- Conduct inspections, prepare punch lists, and ensure work meets quality standards and contract requirements
- Assist with look‑ahead schedules, trade sequencing, jobsite logistics, and material deliveries
- Monitor progress, document field activities, and communicate schedule or quality issues promptly
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant job site
- Support project closeout, turnover activities, and final inspections
- Proven multifamily, mixed‑use, and ground‑up construction experience required
- Prior experience as an Assistant Superintendent or similar field leadership role in multifamily projects
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, finishes, amenities installation, building codes, and safety practices
- Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Daly City and effectively coordinate multiple trades
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
