As an Assistant Superintendent on a high‑profile multifamily mixed‑use ground‑up project in Daly City.

• Support the Superintendent in daily field operations for amenities and finishes on multifamily mixed‑use project
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trades to maintain schedule, quality, and productivity
• Oversee installation and completion of interior finishes, amenities spaces, and related scopes
• Conduct inspections, prepare punch lists, and ensure work meets quality standards and contract requirements
• Assist with look‑ahead schedules, trade sequencing, jobsite logistics, and material deliveries
• Monitor progress, document field activities, and communicate schedule or quality issues promptly
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant job site
• Support project closeout, turnover activities, and final inspections

• Proven multifamily, mixed‑use, and ground‑up construction experience required
• Prior experience as an Assistant Superintendent or similar field leadership role in multifamily projects
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, finishes, amenities installation, building codes, and safety practices
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Daly City and effectively coordinate multiple trades
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
