Location: Hartland
Lead site activities as a Construction Manager at Brighton Mountain Wind Farm. This role involves overseeing complex utility projects, ensuring quality execution, and managing multiple contractors.
NB Power is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to work at the Brighton Mountain Wind Farm from July 2026 to December 2027.
You will implement construction plans, manage site operations, and conduct regular progress reports.
This role requires a qualified journeyman lineman with substantial supervisory experience within the utility sector, specifically in substations and terminals.
Responsibilities- Oversee comprehensive site mobilization efforts
- Manage all site execution activities and contractor supervision
- Conduct regular site meetings and updates
- Ensure adherence to quality control and environmental standards
- Report construction progress and changes to the Project Manager
- Journeyman lineman certification as Power Line Technician
- 10+ years in the utility sector with supervisory roles
- Proven project execution and contractor management experience
- Ability to track field progress accurately
- Solid interpersonal communication skills
