Exciting chance for a Field Health and Safety Coordinator at Clearwater Structures Inc. in Ontario. Support heavy civil operations focusing on trenchless sewer and bridge rehabilitation while ensuring compliance and safety. This field-based role entails regular travel to project sites across Ontario, acting as the key health and safety resource for management and workers. You'll monitor safety compliance, conduct workplace inspections, and facilitate safety training.

Your proactive approach will drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the company.

• Monitor subcontractor safety and documentation
• Prepare reports on safety incidents and corrective actions
• Conduct thorough project site inspections regularly
• Support JHSC requirements and documentation
• Maintain safety boards and ensure legislative compliance

• At least 3 years in heavy civil construction
• Knowledge of Ontario's OHSA and bridge construction safety
• Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety preferred
• NCSO or equivalent designations considered an asset
• Valid G Driver’s License mandatory
