Crew Leader / Foreman
Ram Jack St. Louis is seeking experienced construction leaders to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals who can lead people, solve problems, operate equipment, and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
While foundation repair experience is valuable, we place a higher emphasis on leadership ability, construction knowledge, equipment operation, organization, and customer communication. We can teach foundation repair systems. It is much harder to teach leadership, accountability, and sound decision making.
Types of Work- Foundation underpinning and stabilization using steel piers
- Basement wall stabilization systems
- Crack injection and structural repair
- Carbon fiber reinforcement systems
- Interior drainage systems
- Exterior drainage systems
- Waterproofing and water management solutions
The Crew Leader works alongside their crew while overseeing all aspects of project execution. This individual is responsible for safety, quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, equipment management, and crew performance.
The ideal candidate is a strong field leader who can make decisions independently, troubleshoot problems, communicate effectively with customers, and keep projects moving forward.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a construction crew on residential and commercial projects
- Operate and oversee the use of excavation and construction equipment
- Safely drive company trucks and haul equipment trailers
- Coordinate daily project activities to maintain schedule and budget
Troubleshoot field conditions and develop practical solutions - Communicate directly with homeowners regarding project progress and expectations
- Maintain project documentation, photos, and job records
- Ensure company equipment, vehicles, and trailers are maintained and organized
- Train and develop crew members
- Maintain a safe, productive, and professional jobsite
- Proven leadership experience in construction or a related trade
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Experience operating construction equipment
- Experience towing and maneuvering trailers
- Ability to manage people, equipment, materials, and schedules
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Foundation repair experience is preferred but not required
- Construction experience
- Experience leading crews or managing projects
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to operate construction equipment safely
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical construction work when needed
- $26.00 to $35.00 per hour based on experience
- Monthly production bonus program worth an additional $1.00 to $15.00 per hour

Compensation: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
