Position SummaryRLM Underground is seeking an experienced Telecom Construction Manager to oversee construction projects in Borrego Springs, CA. We're looking for individuals with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role requires hands‑on leadership and deep expertise in underground telecommunications, construction operations, and crew management.

Key Responsibilities- Construction Managers must be at the job site while crews are drilling.
- Manage construction sites to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
- Lead and direct ground crews on daily operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and homeowners, professionally addressing complaints and restoration concerns.
- Ensure all work aligns with approved plans, procedures, and timelines.
- Prepare redline drawings and daily progress reports.
- Oversee job site procurement (e.g., straw, seed, tools, batteries, tarps, paint).
- Monitor and update project schedules.
- Conduct daily inspections of company vehicles, equipment, and job site conditions.
