Senior Estimator
Senior Estimator opportunity based in Sylmar, CA. We're looking for someone with commercial landscaping estimating experience who can lead the estimating process from conceptual budgets through final bid submissions. This role involves reviewing landscape, civil, and architectural plans, performing detailed quantity takeoffs, evaluating subcontractor proposals, preparing competitive bids, and working closely with project teams to ensure successful project execution.
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience in the landscape industry (commercial/public works preferred)
- Proven estimating experience across multiple project phases
- Ability to analyze plans, specifications, and project requirements
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with estimating software and construction costing
Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000/year depending on experience.
