Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, particularly in healthcare and multi-family projects, and will be responsible for managing all on-site activities and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other construction professionals.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain communication with clients, architects, and other stakeholders throughout the project.
• Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with specific expertise in healthcare and multi-family projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
