Established developer and GC, about 25% new development and 75% existing portfolio, founded 5 years ago. Current workload around $5,000,000, roughly $18,000,000 in annual gross sales. Team of 7: this PM, one other PM, an Assistant PM, and a Project Engineer/Coordinator.
Immediate need. Project is a slab on grade, wood frame multifamily build in Fontana, under contract in 4 to 6 weeks, running about 13 months.
What you’ll do:Run the Fontana project from preconstruction through closeout. Manage schedule, budget, subcontractors, and staff. Handle drawings, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and site visits. Use Smartsheet and Excel (no Procore).
What you bring:4+ years multifamily construction PM experience, ground up preferred. Comfortable running a 39 unit style, 2 to 3 story, prevailing wage job on a smaller lot. Organized, hands on, drama free, works well in a conservative company culture.
Pay and benefits:$135,000 to $165,000. Company pays about 90% of employee premiums (HMO and PPO), partial coverage for dependents. 401k. Company truck, or $800/month car allowance.
