Brice Pacific specializes in construction projects primarily for federal clients in Alaska, the lower-48, and select international markets. The Construction Superintendent, you will work onsite in Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA and will oversee and manage all aspects of concrete construction projects from start to finish. Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of the field crew ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will also manage all aspects of project field work including safety, environmental, craft labor and subcontractor oversight, and will work closely with project managers, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

This role is a working superintendent role and at times will be required to be in equipment and on the ground as needed to perform on‑site construction work.

• Manage and supervise all on-site activities related to concrete construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, project plans and specifications.
• Monitor progress of concrete pour schedules and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure that all equipment used in concrete work is properly maintained and functioning.
• Operate equipment and provide hands‑on support in the field to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
• Assist and coordinate with the construction/project manager, architects, and engineers to ensure all project requirements are met, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
