MULTIMEDIA CONTENT CREATOR

The Multimedia Content creator brings the True Friends experience to life through dynamic photo and video storytelling. This role combines creativity, technical skill, and visual narrative development to produce engaging digital content across social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. DetailsSchedule: Seasonal, Early June - Mid August 2026
Locations: Annandale, Maple Lake, and Eden Prairie, MN
Pay: $15.57
What Youll Do- Capture photo and video content of campers, staff, events, and daily camp life
- Film interviews, b-roll, and lifestyle footage that support storytelling efforts
- Edit video and photo content into polished, public-facing materials for social media, web, and marketing campaigns
- Assist with basic graphic design and content edits as needed
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on creative projects and campaigns
- Pitch creative ideas and contribute to emerging content trends when appropriate
- Organize, tag, and manage digital media assets
- Support special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience in photo and video production and editing
- Familiarity with editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, Cap Cut, or similar tools)
- Strong visual storytelling skills and creative eye
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Comfort working in fast-paced, outdoor, and active environments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Interest in digital media, marketing, or communications
- Ability to pass an organizational background check

- Lift, carry, and transport equipment, props, or supplies as required
- Move quickly to capture activities or assist with tasks throughout program areas
- Maintain focus and attention to details while on your feet for extended periods
- Routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, scanners, and software tools relevant to the role
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
