Art Director

We're looking for a Junior Art Director who sees the world a bit differently. Maybe you've got a sketchbook full of weird concepts, a folder of passion projects you can't stop tinkering with, or a way of looking at a brief and immediately seeing what no one else did. You bring the point of view — we'll give you the space to develop it.

Here, you'll collaborate with writers, strategists, and creatives who care deeply about craft and aren't afraid to have fun along the way. Expect honest feedback, real opportunities, and a culture that'd rather you swing big and miss than play it safe and shrug.

• Partner with writers to concept bold, culture-moving campaign ideas.
• Design work across social, digital, film, print, and whatever comes next.
• Turn ideas into layouts, storyboards, and visual systems that bring them to life.
• Push the craft—type, photography, motion, composition, and emerging tools.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and producers to make the work real and great.
• Help shape the look and feel of campaigns from pitch to production (Digital, Social, Broadcast, Print).
• Present the work clearly, defend the idea, and make it better through feedback.

• 1+ years of experience making great work in an agency or similar environment.
• A portfolio that shows ideas first, strong sense of design, craft always.
• Strong instincts for design, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, Figma and AI tools (Flora, Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Nano Banana, Celtra).
• Curiosity about culture, technology, and how brands show up in the world.
• The ability to push the work while being a great partner to writers and teams.
• Passionate about sports, gaming, or entertainment culture.
• Believe the difference between good and great work is usually one more push.

The pay range for this role is: 70,000 - 85,000 USD per year (Sausalito)
