Pianist Accompaniment Missions
As a pianist accompanist, you are responsible for accompanying students from the dance and music departments of the conservatory according to the needs identified by the conservatory. You contribute to the musical training of the student and particularly to the support of their instrument and the transmission of its cultural values. You participate in opening the conservatory towards current and inclusive aesthetics.
You integrate your action into the project of the establishment and collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary pedagogical team in a spirit of consultation and innovation. You provide individual and collective classes to students of various levels. In this role, you will:
• Accompany courses and exams.
• Collaborate closely with teachers to ensure optimal musical support to students.
• Accompany students in the preparation of performances, evaluations, or scenic presentations.
• Accompany artistic ensembles and productions (rehearsals and performances).
• Adapt accompaniments according to the pedagogical needs of the institution.
• Develop a coherent and adapted pedagogical progression for the audiences served.
• Supervise collective practice in a constructive and supportive approach. Hours and working conditions: 4.5 hours per week to be provided according to needs.
Knowledge (knowledge)
• In-depth mastery of the techniques and repertoires of the instrument.
• Knowledge of young audiences and pedagogies adapted to the transmission of music.
• Good understanding of the challenges of an artistic teaching establishment classified. Know-how (technical and pedagogical skills)
• Ability to adapt to different pedagogical and artistic situations.
• Ability to conceive innovative pedagogical and artistic projects.
• Ability to evaluate and accompany the progress of students.

• Sense of public service and commitment to the mission of artistic education. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• State diploma of professor or equivalent.
• Pedagogical experience in a conservatory or in recognized cultural structures is an asset.
