Job Title

Chargé / Chargée de communication

Under the direction of the head of communication and public relations and within a dynamic and versatile department, you will participate in the conception of written and visual content, the animation of social networks, and the various projects carried out by the local government.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design and realization of communication materials (posters, invitations, banners, promotional items…)
• Ensuring the coherence of the city's image (charter documents etc…)
• Participation in the production of the municipal magazine: writing articles, interviews, and layout in Indesign, in collaboration with the head of communication
• Management of the city's website
• Animation of social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, mobile app Illiwap, Linked In) with the creation of adapted visuals
• Management of press relations and coordination of service providers (graphic designers, printers, agencies…)
• Support for the coverage of events and manifestations: photography, content creation, preparation of communication materials in collaboration with the department

Profile:

• Technical skills:
  Mastery of DTP tools, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator), web content management (CMS), knowledge and interest in social networks and marketing tools
• Writing skills:
  Perfect command of spelling, grammar, and syntax
• Personal qualities:
  Autonomy, responsiveness, organizational skills, creativity, and ability to work in a team
• Experience:
  
  Open to candidates with initial experience as well as beginners wishing to develop their skills in contact with an experienced team
