Objectives of the Position:
Under the responsibility of the Head of the Communication, Reprography Service, the individual will assist in the conception and implementation of the communication strategy through the creation and dissemination of graphic productions such as flyers, posters, print, and web using DTP software. They will ensure the quality of the service's graphic work, participate in the design and layout of the municipal magazine, and manage proofs.

They will also participate in the production of videos through editing, motion design, or animation. They will assist in the live coverage of the Municipal Council. They will propose new communication actions on various platforms and the creation of new formats.

• Ensure the overall quality of the graphic production of the service: create and design communication materials such as mockups, illustrations, tracing, colorization, graphics, typography.

• Propose the means and communication supports adapted to the communication objectives.

• Participate in the digital communication strategy in line with the global communication strategy of the community.

• Collect, process, prioritize information and integrate content.

• Create and integrate multimedia content (photos, videos, animations, motion design occasionally).

• Participate in and ensure the smooth running of events involving audio or video capture.

• Coordinate, manage, and evaluate multimedia projects.

• Create materials adapted to upcoming events: guides for stays, parenting, thematic booklets, posters for "Summer in Villetaneuse" and "Villetaneuse in Festival," CAN, dance gala...

Full-time position: 37 hours per week from Monday to Friday with compensatory time off (12 days).
Extra hours possible according to service needs and can be carried over.
Medical examination required:
Work on computer screen (80% of the time) and travel within the services (20% of the time).

• Excellent mastery of graphic creation tools and video editing (DTP: Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator)

• Good knowledge of video editing and animation motion design tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects)

• Creativity, critical sense, and strong proposal skills

• Ability to work transversally with rigor and respect for deadlines
