Community Manager

In the context of a new mandate, the City of Gagny is undertaking an ambitious transformation of its communication to better respond to digital usages and the expectations of the inhabitants. In this context, we are looking for our Community Manager. As a true driver of digital communication, you will carry a coherent, modern, and engaging editorial strategy, at the service of the image of the community and its proximity with the inhabitants.

Digital Strategy and Animation:

• Deploy the social media strategy of the City in line with municipal orientations
• Elaborate and pilot the editorial calendar
• Animate the social networks (publication, moderation, interactions) and develop the engagement of the inhabitants

Content Creation:

• Produce attractive contents (photos, videos, visuals, short formats)
• Cover in photos, videos, digital communication the municipal and associative events, including in real time
• Ensure the editorial and graphic coherence of the publications

Monitoring and E-reputation:

• Analyze the performances and propose optimizations
• Ensure an active vigilance on the image of the community and alert on sensitive situations

Deployment of Digital Tools:

• Contribute to the management and updating of the website
• Animate the digital supports of the City (mobile application, light panels)
• Adapt the contents to the different channels and uses

Transversal Work:

• Collaborate with the municipal services, the Mayor's office, and the elected officials
• Participate in the valorization and dynamization of the internal communication

Education in communication / digital (Bac +3 to +5) Excellent mastery of social networks and their codes Very good writing skills Practice of graphic and video creation tools Good understanding of public communication issues Reactivity, creativity, and sense of public interest
